At Mon Trésor Preschool & Daycare, we are dedicated to creating a nurturing, stimulating and welcoming environment for all children. We are an in-home family preschool and daycare dedicated to caring for and educating our little ones, ages 1-7 years. We believe that our unique program incorporates a variety of educational theories, while always keeping the child’s best interest in mind and allowing for hands-on, experiential learning. Staff at Mon Trésor
Owner/Lead Teacher: Mariya Simonyan
Mariya Simonyan has 10+ years of experience caring for and working with young children. She currently holds her Bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Education from U.C Davis. She is also CPR certified and has completed all of her Early Childhood Education (ECE) units. She has previously worked as a Registered Behavior Therapist with children on the Autism Spectrum, as well as a preschool teacher and aide. Mariya hopes to make a positive mark on each of the children's lives that she cares for!
Assistant Teacher: Margarit Zatikyan
Margarit is a loving mother of 5 children! She has previously worked at Child Care Careers as a preschool and Kindergarten teacher. She also holds all of her ECE units. Margarit also speaks fluent Armenian and Russian. Her compassion and skills make her the perfect fit for a loving preschool teacher!
